2015 Subaru Outback release, spy and changes
Since the previous model of Subaru Outback has been the best-selling Subaru’s vehicle through the early 2013, this we expect to be with the 2015 Subaru Outback.
DESIGN OF 2015 SUBARU OUTBACK
We are told that the 2015 Subaru Outback will have a windshield that is more steeply raked and that the hood will also undergo some changes. It will have a sportier steering wheel with the paddle shifters. Its complete overlook will be sportier, the taillights will be smaller, but Subaru won’t go far away from its familiar shapes. On the other hand, we were told to expect a new grill and redesign of complete front end. The 2015 Subaru Outback will have much more glass area than the current model, 18-inch alloy wheels, a new dashboard and side mirrors will be moved to the door. Among sedans, all – wheel drive is available only with the Ford Fusion.
We are not completely informed about the engine range, but we think that 2015 Subaru Outback base model is expected to be powered by the 170-hp 2.5 – liter H-4. The new turbocharged 250 –hp 2.0 liter H-4 will also be available. We haven’t got the exact information whether the 3.6 – liter H-6 will be available or not, but a diesel – hybrid powertrain will also be possible.
It is said that the new 2015 Subaru Outback will be released in the third quarter of next year.
Subaru keeps the Outback’s base sticker price the same as in 2013. It is expected to start with about $24,320. This is the price that will surely undercut all of the competition.
According to spy photos, the new 2015 Subaru Outback will have a smooth and fresher look. Subaru will try to improve its cars by using better interior material and it is possible that a hybrid powertrain will be available, too.
